Miranda Collins has been a Consultant for nurtureuk since 2018 and has worked in education as a teacher, school leader and inclusion advisor since 2002. In each of these roles, she has seen many children and young people find success in schools that adopt a relational, nurturing approach.
Miranda’s connected classroom practice prioritised safety, play and wellbeing and she has brought that ethos into supporting teachers and school leaders to understand the benefits of nurture. She is also interested in restorative practice and staff wellbeing to nurture the wider school community.
